1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any food items. Once a snack box has been shipped, it is not eligible for return. We prioritize freshness and quality, and ensuring our snacks are tamper-free is essential for our customers’ safety.
2. Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds for items that do not meet personal taste preferences. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, so if you encounter any issues with damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your box, and we will be happy to assist.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If any items in your snack box arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to us at support@xohalal.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will gladly replace the damaged item(s) or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
For packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues, please contact us so we can work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue. While we cannot control shipping times after dispatch, we will make every effort to ensure you receive your box.
