1. Shipping Regions We currently offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Partners All XOHalal orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, a reliable shipping service known for its efficiency and dependability.
3. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, except during holidays or special circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Times USPS Ground Advantage generally delivers within 1-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the courier service.
5. Shipping Fees For orders totalling $50 or more, we're thrilled to provide you with FREE shipping. It's our way of saying thank you for your generous support! For orders below $50, we charge a modest flat shipping fee of only $6. It's a small token of appreciation for choosing us for your snacking needs.
6. Tracking Your Order You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery.
7. Shipping Restrictions Due to the nature of our products, which are snacks and beverages, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to international addresses outside of the United States.
8. Delivery Issues If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as damaged or missing items, please contact our customer support team at support@xohalal.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
9. Return to Sender In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for re-delivery.
